The Experience: A multi-city, high-intensity 10-day journey through Italy’s cultural "Big Three." While successful, the trip revealed significant logistical friction in Venice and cognitive overload in Rome due to back-loaded ticketed events.

The Retrospective Audit: Applying the ETA Rubric retrospectively, I identified clear patterns of pacing and decision fatigue. This analysis informed my framework and a methodology that prioritizes high-engagement landmarks while traveler "learning readiness" is at its peak.

The ETA Insight: This trip was the catalyst for my transition from traveler to architect. Analyzing these "field-tested" friction points and applying the instructional design principles that define my practice ensures my clients never have to trade logistical peace of mind for cultural depth.
